Sveti Anton is a picturesque village named after the local church. Like nearby Obrš, it is located on a relief formation that is relatively flat compared to the surrounding slopes and which contains a significant amount of arable land. This surrounding landscape features a series of walled sinkholes and surrounding dry stone terraces where we can today still see numerous groves of marun, a local variety of sweet chestnut.
