The view from this site encompasses the canyons of two intermittent torrents, Jelenšćica and Uboka, which start at the foot of the peak ridge of Učka. From there, they stretch for about two kilometres to the sea, where they form picturesque pebble beaches. With their partially sheltered position, the beaches were suitable for the construction of traditional small buildings for storing fishing equipment, which can still be found there. In today’s climate, torrents occur very rarely (especially in summer), which is why the beaches of Jelenšćica and Uboka are very popular with bathers.

In the distance, the view opens up onto the wider area of Rijeka Bay, and the city of Rijeka and its hinterland.
