The relict landscape of the seasonal hamlets of Petrebišća and Doli encompasses the mountain valley between the two ridges that define the central part of the Učka ridge. The valley extends at an elevation of between 650 and 800 m above sea level and is covered in rich grasslands that provide quality summer grazing in the mountains. The shepherds who once followed their livestock in the valley built stone houses where entire families would often move during the summer grazing. Although today the area is abandoned, traces of its former organisation are still visible. A distinctive feature of the area is the individual renovated buildings in the hamlets, which vividly evoke its past.
